COVID-19 (Coronavirus) — temporary studio closure
Following Government and Public Health England advice regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Body In Balance Pilates Studio will be closed until it is deemed safe to recommence business. In the meantime, to enable your continued health and fitness regime I have started teaching Private Pilates sessions online.
If you are an existing private client or attend one of my mat classes at The Hogarth Health Club please contact me for availability. One hour sessions will be charged at £40.00 or a block of 4 session for £120.00 = £30.00/session
New clients will have to go through a health and postural assessment. The first session will take 90 minutes and will be charged at £60.00.
I will also be teaching live online classes for The Hogarth Health Club during this time of Isolation.
